BRAND

bokcho-logo

Bok means “Fortune” and Cho means Vinegar.

Our colors represent health, longevity and happiness.

The logo idea draws inspiration from the traditional Korean ceramic jars used to ferment vinegar, gradually getting smaller through the process. The layers of ceramic jars symbolize the time and craftsmanship involved in creating premium balsamic vinegar.

What makes Bok Cho different than other vinegars?
Slowly Fermented! Not Cooked.

Korean Fermentation process
Fermentation process of all other countries

Korean traditional vinegar has a history of more than 1000 years. The fermentation process differs to that of the other balsamic vinegars. The Bok Cho Bokbunja K-Balsamic vinegar creation starts with a 2-year fermentation process of making vinegar with Black raspberry. From the 3rd year it is mixed with raspberry juice and stored in Korean earthen jars and it will ferment more years before it is bottled and brought to you.
